Nathan Wade, born in 1973 in Texas, is a distinguished Georgia-based attorney. He gained prominence as the special prosecutor in the criminal case against former President Donald Trump. Wade’s extensive legal career includes 16 years as a prosecutor in the Fulton County District Attorney’s office, where he handled notable cases like the Atlanta Public Schools cheating scandal. Despite unsuccessful bids for a judicial seat, he transitioned to private practice, specializing in criminal defense, civil litigation, and personal injury. His involvement in the Trump case catapulted him into the national spotlight, serving alongside Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis.
