Connor McDavid

Connor Andrew McDavid was born on January 13, 1997, in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada. He’s a Canadian professional ice hockey centre and currently serves as the captain of the Edmonton Oilers in the National Hockey League (NHL). Widely regarded as one of the best players globally, McDavid’s offensive prowess draws comparisons to legends like Sidney Crosby. His journey began playing hockey against older kids, and he later joined the Erie Otters in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL). Since then, he’s been a dominant force in the NHL, earning numerous accolades and leading the Oilers to the Stanley Cup Finals in 2023–24.
