Aubrey Drake Graham, born on October 24, 1986, is a Canadian rapper, singer, and actor. He gained recognition as Jimmy Brooks in the teen drama series Degrassi: The Next Generation. His debut mixtape, Room for Improvement (2006), marked the start of his recording career. Notable albums include Thank Me Later, Take Care, and Nothing Was the Same. Drake’s influence extends beyond hip-hop, popularizing R&B sensibilities. He founded the OVO Sound record label, collaborated with Nike, and released hit singles like “Hotline Bling” and “One Dance.” His latest album, Certified Lover Boy, set a record for Hot 100 top-ten songs.
