Evan Funke

Evan Funke, born on October 13, 1976, is a renowned American chef celebrated for his expertise in traditional Italian pasta-making. He trained at the Culinary Institute of America and honed his skills in Bologna, Italy, under pasta master Alessandra Spisni. Funke is the owner of several acclaimed restaurants, including Felix Trattoria in Venice, California, and Mother Wolf in Hollywood. He is also the author of the award-winning cookbook American Sfoglino.
