Hoda Kotb

Hoda Kotb, born on August 9, 1964, is an American broadcast journalist, television personality, and author. She co-anchors the NBC News morning show Today and hosts its entertainment-focused fourth hour. Kotb has also worked as a correspondent for the television news magazine program Dateline NBC. Born to Egyptian Muslim parents in Norman, Oklahoma, she grew up in Morgantown, West Virginia, and Alexandria, Virginia. Kotb graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Arts degree in broadcast journalism. She is known for her warm and engaging presence on television.
