Jack Axelrod

Jack Axelrod (1930-2023) was an American actor and architect. He began his acting studies while majoring in architecture at the University of California, Berkeley. After being licensed as an architect in Washington state, he shifted gears and studied acting with Uta Hagen at HB Studios in New York City. Axelrod worked on Broadway, off-Broadway, and in theaters across the United States. His film and television credits include roles in “General Hospital,” “Grey’s Anatomy,” and “My Name is Earl.” Born on January 25, 1930, in Los Angeles, California, he passed away on November 28, 2023, at the age of 93.
