Joe Budden

Joe Budden, born Joseph Anthony Budden II on August 31, 1980, is an American media personality, broadcaster, cultural critic, and retired rapper. He gained recognition with his 2003 single “Pump It Up,” which reached the top 40 of the Billboard Hot 100. His eponymous debut studio album followed the success of the single. Budden was also part of the hip-hop supergroup Slaughterhouse, signed to Eminem’s Shady Records. In recent years, he has hosted The Joe Budden Podcast and State of the Culture. His outspoken views have earned him the nickname “the Howard Stern of hip-hop”.
