Kahara Hodges

Kahara Hodges, born on September 30, 1995, in Arizona, USA, is a talented American model, vocalist, and media personality. She gained fame by singing the Navajo anthem during an ASU volleyball game in 2013. Her melodious voice and outstanding performance catapulted her to widespread recognition across the United States. Kahara, of mixed ethnicity (including Navajo, Mexican, English, and African descent), keeps her personal life private. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Native American Studies from Arizona State University. Beyond her music career, she’s a founding member of the Phoenix Indian Center’s Dine ‘Urban Voices’ Navajo singing program.
