Lainey Wilson

Lainey Wilson, born on May 19, 1992, is an American country music singer-songwriter and actress. Raised in the small town of Baskin, Louisiana, she grew up listening to classic country tunes by artists like Buck Owens and Glen Campbell. Lainey’s passion for music led her to Nashville, Tennessee, where she pursued her dream. She released her self-titled album in 2014 and followed it up with Tougher in 2016. Her song “Things a Man Oughta Know” gained immense popularity, reaching number one on the American country songs chart. Lainey Wilson has received several awards, including a Grammy and seven Country Music Association Awards.
